The site, on the corner of Flinders and Exhibition Street, will include  the commercial building comprising 45,000m2 of commercial space, 59 apartments in a six storey residential complex within the refurbished heritage facade of the Herald Sun building. The commercial development also includes 2 levels of carparking, and various retail areas. The main building contains 31 storeys of commercial tenancy. Contractfire installed the combined sprinkler / hydrant systems including multistage booster pumps, control valves and dry pipe preaction sprinkler system & gas suppression systems to the computer facility.

Eight Apartments residential tower in South Melbourne is a 20 storey apartment complex comprising eight levels of car parking, 10 levels each of 13 apartments and four penthouses and plantroom level on the top level. Contractfire installed the sprinkler system including control valves and booster pumps and facilitated the installation of the fire alarm system.

Residential complex comprising eight buildings constructed inside the existing façade of the CUB Brewery. Three levels of underground carparking, The Victoria building is a newly constructed 14 storey apartment building, the others are smaller constructed to fit inside the existing façade. Contractfire installed the sprinkler system, hydrant system, combined sprinkler / hydrant system including booster pumps and control valves and facilitated the installation of the fire alarm system.

Commercial development, 18 storeys including 3 levels of carparking, retail and 14 storeys of office space. The complex also includes a huge computer facility for its main tenant. Contractfire installed the sprinkler system including booster pumps, control valves & dry pipe preaction sprinkler system to the computer facility, hydrant system including booster pumps and facilitated the installation of the fire alarm system.

Chapel St, South Yarra

Residential complex comprising twelve levels, 10 levels of residential. Contractfire installed the combined sprinkler / hydrant system and facilitated the installation of the fire alarm system.

Jacksons Rd, Mulgrave

Redevelopment of existing shopping centre to modernise the exterior and add additional carparking. The project included the addition of a supermarket, relocation and addition of new specialty stores. The works were carried out while the centre was fully functional. Contractfire installed new pipework, sprinklers relocated the existing sprinkler control valve room. The systems were changed over to the new valves with a minimum of fuss and downtime, allowing the centre to operate as normal. Contractfire liased with Mirvac during all parts of this operation. Contractfire also  facilitated the installation of the fire alarm system.
